Jyoti Dasani (Managing Director)
Jyoti joined Masterfare at its launch in 1994 and is regarded as the U.K.’s foremost authority on pilgrimage travel for Haj and Umrah. Her team are a true reflection of her own drive and determination to be successful and with a flair for languages, she has built up close and lasting working relationships with both customers and travel industry partners alike.
In her spare time Jyoti likes reading, cooking and helping others through her volunteer work.
Sheela Mahadea (Manager)
Sheela joined Masterfare in 1996 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of our head office located at Victoria in South West London. Born in Mauritius, Sheela speaks English and French as well as being our expert on the African market.
When not devoting her time to Masterfare, Sheela enjoys music and supports the Children’s Charity, UNICEF.
Ramira DSouza (Supervisor)
Ramira has been with Masterfare since year 1997 and is fluent in Konkani and Swahili. She is responsible for looking after our industry partners across the UK where Masterfare has a long and proud tradition of supporting the travel agency community.
Married with two daughters, Ramira likes cooking and makes sure that the family attends the Sunday Mass.
Saima Jan (Manager - Manchester Office)
Saima joined Masterfare in 2003 bringing a wealth of industry experience having previously worked for Dnata, Usit Campus, Travelpack and Gazelle. She has successfully built up our following of pilgrim travellers, group leaders and agents in the north of England, aided by an excellent working relationship with partner airlines like British Airways and Etihad.
Married with three children, Saima is studying for a Masters degree and still finds time for travel and organising family events.
